Simpliance users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
To request account deletion, please email us at support@simpliancesafe.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
Please include the following information in your request:
For security purposes, we may need to verify your identity and confirm your relationship to the relevant company, contractor, subcontractor, or jobsite before processing the request.
After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal account information where reasonably possible. Some information may need to be retained when required for legal, contractual, safety, insurance, OSHA/compliance, audit, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business recordkeeping purposes.
This may include certain jobsite records, safety reports, incident reports, inspection records, permits, document approvals, and audit/history records.
We will review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the request.
